ABOUT ELLIE
Hello, I'm Ellie!
My journey with healing and energy work started in 2019 and naturally led me to sound healing, within this time I became Reiki Level 2 qualified and shortly after that qualified as a Sound Therapist after experiencing first-hand the profound impact sound and vibration can have on the mind, body and nervous system. What began as part of my own personal journey soon became something I felt passionate about sharing with others.
Using crystal singing bowls, chakra chimes and other therapeutic instruments, I hold gentle and immersive sound experiences designed to help you deeply relax, release tension and emotion and return to a more balanced and grounded state.
My intention is to create a safe, warm space where you can simply pause, breathe, let go and melt into sound.
Whether you are completely new to sound healing or already on your wellness journey, you are welcomed exactly as you are.
I hope to see you soon x
ABOUT SOUND HEALING
Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses sound, vibration and frequency to support emotional, physical and energetic wellbeing. Using crystalline singing bowls, chakra chimes and other therapeutic instrument. Each session is designed to help calm the nervous system, reduce stress and guide the body into a deeply restorative state.
Everything in the body carries its own vibrational frequency, and sound healing works to gently restore balance and harmony within the mind and body. The soothing frequencies can help shift brain activity into more relaxed states, encouraging deep rest.
Research around sound and meditation practices suggests that sound and vibration may help lower stress hormones, calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety, support sleep quality and encourage deeper states of relaxation within the body.
Therapeutic sound frequencies can also help lower heart rate and guide the brain into more meditative brainwave states associated withe rest and restoration.
Many people experience emotional release, mental clarity, increased focus, grounding and a deeper sense od connection ro themselves through the immersive calming effects of sound healing.
"Absolutely speechless. No words feel big enough to describe the stunning experience Ellie creates during her sound baths. From the moment it began, there was such a deep sense of warmth, peace, and comfort surrounding the entire space. The love and gentleness she radiates make you feel completely safe and held. Such a beautiful, tender experience that will stay with me forever. "
